• Source and screen potential IT candidates for contract, contract-to- hire and permanent openings with various clients.• Connect with top local and national talent through social networking (LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter), cold calling, referrals, and job boards (CareerBuilder, Dice, Monster).• Establish and maintain relationships with consultants/contractors.• Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on market, interview processes, skills desired by client, etc.• Present candidates, extend offers, negotiate compensation, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.• Update and track candidates in accordance to Randstad Technologies' standards.• Responsible for increasing the number of qualified applicants in company database.• Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.• Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond to Randstad Technologies via phone, email or web.• Maintain relationships with working consultants, including tracking personal starts, extensions, and upcoming finishes.• Refer job order leads and hiring manager names to Account Managers.• Strong knowledge of IT industry skill set requirements and pay rate parameters.• Meet or exceed weekly sales goal expectations.• Determine priority and discuss coverage on all positions with team of 6 recruiters.• Coordinate morning and midday coverage meetings.• Help train new recruiters on daily process, industry standards and internal systems and processes.• Responsible for hitting daily and weekly production numbers.• Work with individual team members to identify areas of improvement and ways to boost productivity.• Interface and collaborate with Regional Manager, Branch Manager, Account Managers and Business Development Manager to ensure internal needs and external clients’ needs are being met.

ο Utilize relationship building skills to assess healthcare professional goals and which assignments will provide the best fit for their needsο Evaluate, screen, and interview potential candidatesο Cultivate and nurture relationships that produce loyalty and promote a long term working relationship with our traveling nursesο Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirementsο Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks, back-ground checks and drug tests for all travel nursing candidates.ο Work with Account Executives to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and assess client staffing requirementsο Meet individual established metrics with the goal to exceed them each weekο Detailed understanding of hospital applicant requirements, comprehension of job description and job qualifications, verifying references and managing relocationsο Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting best practices and providing accurate, thorough documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools
