Manage 20 to 30 customer installation projects at a time. Design and implement customer phone systems from concept to turn up. Maintained product and service knowledge through internal training classes and seminars. Weekly rotating on-call schedule. Began as an Associate Customer Engineer was then promoted to Customer Engineer and then was promoted again to Account Service Representative.

Monitored critical systems and escalated issues as needed. Monitored databases for filling file systems and initiated archive to tape as needed. Monitored incoming file transfers and reach out to customers with incomplete or invalid transfers. Rotated tapes for backups. Completed nightly bank transfers.

Received customer credit card dispute information. Reached out to retailers for supporting documentation. Logged incoming disputes and prepared for processing. Maintained organized records of all disputes. Investigated and researched dispute claims.
