I am responsible for managing the full RFx lifecycle and work to develop engaging sales content and winning bid themes, as well as providing contributions to the bid/no-bid decision process, where required. I cover projects in the region across all verticals including healthcare, education, enterprise, and the public sector, and regularly support teams across North America and APAC.My other responsibilities include supporting ad hoc projects to drive revenue growth, the training and education of proposal management processes across EMEA and APAC, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of the team's response repository. I returned to my previous role at BMO Global Asset Management for an interim period following corporate restructuring at McAfee and the subsequent sale of their Enterprise division. Details of my responsibilities at BMO can be found below.

These projects required co-ordination of proposals across BMO’s group entities throughout Europe, North America and Asia and often involved working with multiple external agencies for translation, design and delivery of final bid materials.Throughout my time at BMO I developed a strong internal stakeholder network and an extensive knowledge base of BMO and its products.
