I program , set-up and operate a HAAS VF-9 , a HAAS VF-3SS with 4th axis , a HAAS VF-3D , a Spark 800mm(30 inch) X 5000mm(14 feet) flatbed lathe , a Spark 800mm(30 inch) X 1000mm(3 feet )slant bed lathe , both have the newest Fanuc TD control with graphics .I program 70% from the print at the control & I use Surfcam Rev. 14 beta ver # 2 30% of the time. I also program and operate a HYDMECH 10" X 10" fully auto horizontal band saw. I can when the need arises set-up and use manual vertical mills ,horizontal boring mills , manual lathes , vertical lathes , surface grinders (automatic or manual ) , o.d. & i.d. grinders , tool post grinders , gantry mills , planer , morse keyseat machine, & norman gear hobs .I produce parts from verbal transfer of an idea as well as blueprints and reverse enginering parts that have been dropped off , I machine and assemble full assemblies for customers as well as make replacement parts for their equipment.I am proficient with Autocad . I also help with qouting job shop parts when required. I perform required maint on the machines such as replacing spindle bearings , gears and adjust hydraulics and work with the solonoids as well as pull the main driver boards for diagnostic prcedures and to replace fuses and diods I also work fluently with the plc ladder logic and parameters to customize the control to my specific programming patterns and needs such as calling out subs , performing rough and finish ops , rigid taping and peck taping , back boring etc..... I am a profesionally trained and certified ISO 9000 series inspector I am trained ,certified and licensd forklift(sitdown, stand up , & walk bhind) , sizzor lift and knuckle boom operator. I also handle all job shop tool procrument and tool inventory as well as gage inventory and material inventory . I kept a Haas vf 9 programmed as well as a Haas st20 with barfeeder , we reverse engineered parts for different customers in the food and aviation industries , we also made parts from prints and made prototype parts for various customers such as kingsford charcol & vulcan materials

i programmed 5 cnc mills and 2 cnc lathes to make parts for the agrigate industry , we manufactured our own capitol equipment as well as manufactured replacement parts for machinery in service around the world. I also used QAD mrp/erp system to make item masters and work order routings and purchase order request to make sure customer orders processed thru the shop in a timely and orderly fashion.

I managed aprox 12 people on 2 shifts and wrote programs for the cnc mill and lathe . I ordered new tooling , quoted new parts , distributed work to the most capable employee based on dificulty and custer due dates , we were a job shop and we made alot of prototype parts for the automotive and aircraft industries
