Calibration specialist duties performed for combined AF & NASA electrical lab. Covered most principle areas within the lab for both AF and NASA fields to include 2 years working as a Quality Evaluator for both fields with most of the work covering AF work completed in the lab. Areas worked between the two fields covered DC/Low, Scopes/Video, Fiber Optics, Frequency, Precision Standards, Vibration, and Quality. Security Clearance held during this time period as was required for downrange work for the AF at overseas sites.

Charlotte, North Carolina Area

Continued work at TRANSCAT (left in June of 1999) when offered to return as Lead technician. Became the Assistant Manager the following month. Duties still performed for technician as well as assisting lab manager with quality, on-site planning, workflow management, shipping management, billing processing, etc. Calibration work included on-site work on occasion. Equipment worked on at this lab was a wide variety of process control equipment with some low end mechanical work included.

Greensboro/Winston-Salem, North Carolina Area

Worked as calibration technician on wide variety of precision test equipment with some occasional on-site work performed. Left company due to Reduction-In-Force made at every lab in the country at that time.

Charlotte, North Carolina Area

**Hired by EIL Labs which was bought out by TRANSCAT in spring of 1997** Performed duties as calibration technician on wide variety of general test equipment and process control equipment (e.g. meters, scopes, low frequency & distortion, temperature units, process calibrators, torque, pressure, caliper/micrometers, etc.). Some occasional on-site work performed during this time period throughout the NC and SC area.

Sagami Depot, Japan; Vilseck, Germany

Served under the US Army as a TMDE Calibration Specialist. Training conducted at Lowry AFB between Mar 1987 and Jan 1988. First duty assignment at Sagami Depot, JAPAN between Jan 1988 to Feb 1992. After month of leave transferred to Vilseck, GERMANY between Mar 1992 to Aug 1995 upon which my military service ended after completion of expected contract with honorable discharge.
