Michael practices with the firm’s Litigation and Real Estate, Development & Land Use Groups, focusing on both federal and state court litigation in diverse subjects.Prior to joining CSG, Michael served as a Litigation attorney at a New Jersey-based firm, where he gained extensive experience in managing and litigating complex commercial matters for both business entities and individual clients, contract disputes, environmental issues, employment and labor-related issues, insurance coverage disputes, ERISA and ERISA withdrawal liability issues, and generic pharmaceutical patent cases. Michael was heavily involved in drafting and reviewing pleadings and discovery/dispositive motions, preparing and responding to discovery demands, conducting and defending depositions, drafting settlement documents, communicating with and appearing before the court and managing client relations. While at his prior firm, Michael cultivated relationships with a diverse group of clients and became one of the youngest partners in the firm’s history, all while expanding his significant network of contacts within the State of New Jersey.During law school, Michael interned for the Honorable Michael A. Petrolle, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division and worked as a Research Assistant in Seton Hall Law’s Center for Social Justice Clinic. Michael received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and earned his B.A. in Finance from James Madison University.
