My basic responsibilities as a team leader include managing and supervising a team of 5. Training them on the vehicles and equipment we use. Supervising their work and giving them monthly counseling's. Motivating them and keeping them informed. Assigning tasks that need to be completed.

As a sales associate I assisted customers in person and over the phone. Some of my duties included sending sales reports, and conference calls. I performed inventory counts and restocked the shelves. I did register counts and dropped money from the safe to the bank after closing the store. I advised and made recommendations about products to customers.

As an auto detailer I did interior and exterior details on customers’ cars. I performed small repairs on vehicles. I interacted with the customers on a daily basis. I would tell potential customers about the different service packages available. I would also help inventory and restock supplies.
