I was brought on to be the Project Manager for the Ponce City Market in Atlanta. This is a 1.1million sqft mix use site consisting of 450,000sqft of office space, 350,000 sqft of retail and 300,000sqft residential. Ponce City Market was originally the Sears building and the largest brick building ever built in the South East. I directly managed a tier4 Data Center for E*TRADE as well as handled all material ordering and projects for a CoLo DC in VA. I designed, engineered all new environments at both DC's on the account, as well as created the scope of work documents for all projects sent out to bid to build out new environments at the Alpharetta, Manassas and all Off Site projects I am involved in across the E*TRADE account for CBRE. I became involved with and ran large Fiber installations (30,000+ strands) for Cingular both in Dallas, TX and Alpharetta, GA. As Project Management I handled several jobs to include large fiber installations.
