Upon joining RGS, I grew my knowledge of the Land Development process. I began reviewing ordinances and preparing concept and sketch plans. As I continued to gain experience I prepared Preliminary and Final Land Development Plans. I became registered within the State of Pennsylvania in July of 2006. With my focus on design, I worked with the principals to create the position of Land Planning Manager where I prepare and oversee feasibility studies, concept plans and sketch plans. I also oversee any necassary processes such as text ammendments, conditional uses and special exceptions. Drawing from my previous work experience I have become the go-to person when the opportunity to design park and open spaces, planting plans and detail design opportunities such as entry signage, decorative walls, fencing, etc. as they arrise.
I accepted a full time postion with RLPS in February 2001. My focus was in the school and retirement fields with particular attention to campus master planning, foundation planting, dimentia courtyard design and detailed design.
I recieved an opportunity for a summer intern position with RLPS and jumped at another opportunity before returning for my final year of classes at Purdue University.
