* Job responsibilities included: multifamily Loan administration/loan officer, administration of several Federal and State programs including; Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME, Risk-Sharing loans, Affordable Housing Trust Fund, etc., supervision of Davis-Bacon, Kentucky’s lead-based paint compliance training coordinator, performance of environmental reviews, coordination of rental rate information, special assignments and committee tasks.* Received two Outstanding Performance Awards (2000 and 2006)* Consistently evaluated as “exceeding” performance requirements.

* Among the first in Kentucky to complete the water supply planning process (seven counties). The Kentucky Division of Water referred planners to me for practical information on how to complete the process.* Consistently received high reviews.* Job responsibilities included: water supply planning, comprehensive planning updates, solid waste planning, application and administration of public facilities and community project CDBGs, provide assistance in the application of economic development CDBGs, phase I environmental assessment reviews, perform all environmental reviews for the office, data and information coordinator, natural resources coordinator, Kentucky Area Development District contact for the Kentucky Watershed Planning Project, and other miscellaneous tasks.

Job responsibilities were to prepare the transportation and historical chapters of comprehensive plans. Specific plans worked on are: Simpson County, Logan County, and Hopkins County.
