Responsible for performing multiple manpower studies on units within the United States Army and recognized by the United States Army Manpower Analysis Agency (USAMMA) and the United States Army Force Management Support (USAFMS) Agency. Technical expert on the procedures for the most efficient and effective management of manpower. Plans and conducts complicated comprehensive analytical studies of organizations to improve organizational structure and staffing levels to determine appropriateness of manpower initiatives. Reviews, analyzes and defends required TDA/MTOE changes in unit organization, personnel, and equipment. Develops, prepares, and presents written and verbal recommendations or briefings on implementing and executing manpower changes to an organization. Creates workload analysis for new Concept Plans and when special circumstances warrant a directed study which provides quantitative resource analysis for new requirements requested from subordinate INSCOM activities. Conduct thorough and concise individual or group interviews, develop key questions and submit to the organization for resolution prior to on-site visit. Collects and reviews data which may be included in and become part of a Baseline Submission Package. Review Baseline Submission Packages prepared by the individual work center supervisor to ensure the information is correct, complete, and accompanied by appropriate supporting documents. Participate in and provide Force Design/Integration technical expertise and support for in-process reviews, briefings, meetings, working groups, off site conferences and site visits. Validates projected Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA)/Table of Organization and Equipment (TOE) changes to force structure/manpower and analyzes impacts of proposed changes based on mission capabilities.

Serves as the Senior Enlisted Leader for the Workforce Management Directorate (WMD) in a nominative joint position ensuring the effective utilization of manpower, resources, and career development of 220 military and civilian personnel. Oversees the day-to-day mission support worldwide in the areas of military personnel, military reserve program management, human resources development, civilian and manpower programs, payroll, travel, transportation, mail management, safety and wellness, security, real property, facilities and supply services. Directly responsible for the health, welfare, and morale of 14 multi-service members.

Nam-Gu, Daegu, Korea

Serves as Senior Enlisted Advisor to the United States Army Garrison-Daegu Commander; provided manpower, personnel, and administrative support to over 11,000 forward deployed Soldiers, Civilians and family members. Provided guidance to the Commander on base operations, well-being support, Single Soldiers programs, community relations, all enlisted matters and non-combatant evacuation for six separate installations and camps. Coordinated the management and execution of HR readiness and programs affecting over 11,000 personnel. Supervised 80 personnel in daily operations of administrative and human resource services support while maintaining 100% accountability of equipment in excess of $5 million during contingency operations. Facilitated the successful resolution of complex, time sensitive issues. Managed plans, policies, procedures and operations for personnel accounting and reporting, personnel efficiency reports, and joint awards. Developed strategic goals and objectives in order for Military and Contractors to work harmoniously. Managed a barracks program housing approximately 2,000 Soldiers for three geographically separate installations

Command Sergeant Major of a Special Troops Battalion consisting of approximately 2,100 assigned and attached Soldiers. Carried out the standards on performance, training, appearance and conduct of enlisted personel. Gives advice and initiates recommendations to the commander and staff in matters pertaining to enlisted personnel. Directs and evaluates the battalion NCODP. Responsible for the battalion EO and retention programs. Directly responsible for coaching, teaching, and mentoring NCO's and officers.

Responsible for the management of military professional development schools quotas for the active Army. Ensured that the right person at the right time was selected for schooling and that quotas were filled to 90+ percent for each course.

Responsible for managing enlisted personnel strength for TRADOC Centers and schools. Served as the commands Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) personnel coordinator for the relocation of the TRADOC schools into Centers of Excellence (CoE).
