Explosive Ordnance Disposal (August 27, 2010-present): Two EOD deployments, most recent to Bahrain, and another on the John C. Stennis In support of Command Strike Group Three. Supported Secret Service operations for POTUS/VPOTUS and Foreign Dignitaries. Conducted sweeps of individuals/grounds & briefed on-going teams. Extensively conducted IED diagnostics - identification of triggers, initiators, main charges, and other key components to aid CEXC/WIT/TEDAC on forensic/biometric capture. Created an IED Lane and house borne IED trainer to train soldiers. Disposed of 1000's of pounds of conventional ordnance and IED materials. Worked with Bahraini IDF (Interior Defense Force) training them on IED/C-IED work, demolition, and TTP’s of the insurgency. Extensive experience in manufacturing/setting up training aids, drills and evaluation. Assigned as EOD SME tasked with training and evaluation of shipboard watch personnel for multiple Force Protection Exercises to evaluate SOP/TTP’s/readiness capabilities in response to explosive threats including IED, Vehicle Borne IED (VBIED), Suicide Bombers.
