Hired originally for a value added reseller of PTC products (Radian Professional Services), worked for the parent company, Radian Inc. in a variety of design and Engineering projects.• Worked with a team of Engineers on various Department of Defense design projects, including a mobile kitchen, vehicle camouflage, and pumps designed to easily be deployed in the field.• Applications engineer for PTC and SolidWorks products – went on sales calls to demonstrate software for potential customers, engaged in various consulting projects for customers, was a trainer and technical support member for customers as part of the value added reseller group.• Lead a program to implement Pro/ENGINEER Mechanical and Electrical design in a leading aerospace corporation to replace and augment their existing legacy tools.• Served as the Pro/ENGINEER and SolidWorks administrator for Radian, Inc.

Brought in to evaluate and implement three-dimensional design and analysis tools to reduce spend on vehicles for safety investigations.• Selected, Implemented and administered Pro/ENGINEER and ANSYS engineering tools • Created virtual mock-ups of automobile components and performed structural and thermal analyses on these models to help investigators identify potential defects that were part of a safety recall investigation and potential lawsuit.• Use of these tools reduced the need to purchase full automobiles to test single components that were under investigation, thus saving the DOT hundreds of thousands of dollars in spending.
