Once the projects are on board I performance manage as well as monitor and evaluate the projects to ensure they perform adequately from start to finish. I am responsible for completion of project initiation, service level agreements and Data sharing agreements. the goal is to make sure projects are effective and can be delivered to budget and on time whilst remaining performant.
