During my years at Buckinghamshire County Council I held positions on 1st and 2nd line IT support, dealing with incidents and requests from a large number of staff from around the county. Support was mainly phone and email based but occasionally made visits off site.For over 10 years I held the post of Change Manager and also Problem Manager after having gained Specialist Certificates in both ITIL disciplines. Being the Change manager saw me reviewing and authorising change requests and also chairing a weekly Change Advisor Board meeting with senior IT staff and Change Builders. Details of previous changes were reviewed as part of the post implementation process. I have succeeded in gaining Level 2 and 3 NVQs in Customer Services, ITIL Foundation Management and also ISO2001 Quality Auditing.During my time here, I took an active part in the planning and testing of new ITSM systems and training end users.
