With over 15 years of experience in education, I am passionate about student development and the design of enriching and innovative curriculum. As the Dean of Curriculum & Instruction at The American Dream School, I set the pace for pedagogy, delivery of lessons, and data driven instruction, overseeing and supporting the academic success of our students and teachers.I have a strong background in literacy initiatives, social-emotional learning, and professional development, having coordinated and led various school-wide and staff-level programs and activities that enhance the learning environment and culture. I am an active team member who effectively collaborates with all levels of staff members and establishes quality relationships with staff and students.
