My 20 years of military service with a large diversity in duty positions and Army organizations has provided me a large skillset in leadership and project management. I have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills developed from working with numerous organizations across the United States military, foreign militaries, civilian agencies, to include time spent at the U.S. Embassy in Ammon, Jordan. My love for leadership, training, and working as a Staff Officer drives my passion for personal and professional development. I look forward to, and continue to strive towards, the challenges and responsibilities needed to take me to the next level in my career. I possess the necessary attributes and desire to lead in 360 degrees, while not neglecting to effectively follow those appointed over me. Developing myself and others as both dynamic leaders and followers is important to me, and defines who I am at my core. Because of this, I am confident that my skills, desire, and experience will make me an asset to any organization in which I serve.
