• Providing capital planning consulting & portfolio management services for Federal agencies such as US Dept of Homeland Security and U.S. Dept of Labor to demonstrate value of investments. Utilization of analyses to inform budgetary, portfolio spending & overall investment decision making & strategy. Leading or supporting the development and maintenance of Capital Planning and Major Information Tech Business Cases, and supporting project management in addressing Office of Management & Budget-issued budget & policy-related requirements. Currently supporting US Dept of Homeland Security.

Provided program management support to acquisition investments of federal agencies such as Dept of Defense and Dept of Commerce (specifically NOAA). I aided in creating an alignment of mission goals to budget and funding best practices. experience includes independent government cost estimation, capital planning (i.e. risk, cost and operational analysis). I acted as a liaison between agency and OMB, ensuring synchronous budget and funding initiatives between the two agencies.
