I Work directly with the management of customers to identify & select best in class transportation options utilizing i2’s AS400 transportation manager as well as the Oracle Transportation Management system (OTM). I enjoy proactively handling customer shipment routing requests and prepare load-build reports for the customer while maintaining customer / carrier profiles and tariffs within i2 TMS & excel platforms. I am always looking to implement & develop innovative ways of streamlining the operations process wherever possible within the guidelines of customer requirements & team goals. I provide support to other Logistics Teams as needed and interact with other departments to respond to their needs while looking for solutions.
