Primarily responsible for all aspects of web application design and development, as well as web site design and configuration.Developed, implemented and maintained the Insurance Group’s Intranet site. Developed initially using ASP and then converted to ASP.NET, both using SQL Server on the back-end. Also, I was responsible for IIS Server configuration and MTS implementation and configuration. This system, called VISION, is used by the Insurance Group to manage policies and track claim information.• Lead Front-End Developer for the initial version of VISION. Building VISION from the ground up, we were able to meet with customers to find their specific needs and then implement those needs on a timely basis. During the life cycle of VISION, we were able to adapt to the changes of our customer’s needs and update, change, or add items to VISION very quickly. • Converted from ASP to ASP.NET, starting in June 2001. A total of 20+ projects took over a year to completely move the new Microsoft .Net Framework. • Deeply involved in SQL Server backend development as well. Creating, modifying, and managing the database on a daily basis.
