• Work with state, local and federal law enforcement agencies nationwide in order to locate and apprehend parole violators and escapees• Conduct investigations by utilizing investigative techniques, resources, databases, intelligence and other relevant information in order to locate and apprehend fugitives and escapees.• Participate and/or assist local, state, and federal fugitive task forces with investigations.• Responsible for the transportation of all escapees, parole violators and inter-state compact inmates from out of state to in-state facilities and from in-state to out of state facilities

• Provide lethal and tactical support to the Disturbance Control Tram (Strike Force)• Train and specialize in tactical building entries to include hostage rescue• Small team movements• High-risk transportation• Mechanical Breaching• Executive Protection• Man-tracking

• Assist staff in developing and communicating statewide intelligence related to gang activities• Assist in the identification, tracking, and monitoring of gangs and gang members• Work directly with Probation and Parole Districts and law enforcement agencies to obtain street gang information, graffiti, tattoos, and documents in order to better forecast future gang activity within the Department of Corrections• Provide gang training to the Department of Corrections, local law enforcement, jails, and any other criminal justice academies• Serve as the Department of Corrections liaison with other agencies in gang related matters
