Quality and safety; two words that are part of my everyday vocabulary.Together with the Riggio Team, I am committed to providing quality in our services, both in the field and in the shop, adhere to safety standards at all times, in addition to keeping our team and your plant safe.Riggio Valve provide highly skilled National Board-certified valve repair, precision machining and R-Stamp certified welding services both in the field and in our shop to our customers in power plants, refineries, pharmaceutical and chemical plants, hospital and school boiler rooms, and water treatment plants, around New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and other surrounding areas.As a Field Service coordinator for Riggio Valve, it’s my job to organize all the field service and shop operations, from scheduling work activities and preparing job packages, to field testing and ensuring a schedule is maintained for the prompt completion of jobs. Our goal is to complete valve repair, welding and machining, on-site, as quickly as we can.Having a background in power generation and a master’s in management, enables me to support and lead the team, helping them to understand the task and keeping all projects moving along smoothly at all times, all whilst upholding the policies and standards that are important to us. Learning new knowledge is an aspect that is very important to me, understanding the sector work and knowledge of the industry, coupled with hands-on experience. It’s a fast-paced role, that is always different; one that is similar to that of mission control. I enjoy prioritizing, troubleshooting and keeping all those involved in the process informed of every step, at every stage. Regular updates are extremely important for our clients, especially when they are in power generation, as there are regulations and penalties for downtime. Our goal is to help our clients keep uptime as much as possible.I’m passionate about building relationships with our clients, ensuring we are taking care of our customers’ needs and expectations at all times. Problem solving is my forte; there is always a solution to a problem, even if at first it does not present itself. I enjoy finding them, in addition to bringing with me a sense of humor that can ease the tension and help to find the solution Together with Riggio, I can help your business achieve the uptime it needs, by undertaking planned maintenance and conducting preventative repairs before an emergency hit.
