I liaise with individual clients on projects, to understand and communicating any specific requirements or needs to our team, making sure they have everything they need to be able to assure that the assignment goes as smoothly as possible. We make sure that everything is completed, safely, on-time and to a high-quality standard.As the Operations and Safety Manager at Riggio Valve, my current role is multi-faceted but built on a solid foundation of unmeasurable expertise. I’ve worked for this innovative company for over 35-years in a variety of roles; it’s almost a part of me as I am of it! Throughout that time, I’ve absorbed, learned and practiced an extensive level of knowledge, skills and experience which I share with clients, my team, engineers, colleagues and new recruits, promoting a team effort at all times, built on respect and honor.
