Closing percentage for the industry is 23% - 32%. I continually closed at a 63% - 71% when vacant. When we had no vacancies, I still showed a 35% closing rate for future not yet available units. Also I did this at 2 properties, 1 for apartments and the other was for townhomes, we did both properties out of the same office.

Assist CPA’s and business owners with their taxes, by providing a step-by-step process to solution. Multi-tasking two callers and three chats at the same time. While providing exceptional customer service.

Gather and verify loan documentation, which could include making outbound phone calls to loancustomers and business partners. Process data entry for loan information. Handle a case-load of loans to process funding and underwriting, and verification of documentation. Identify, document, and correct identified errors with loan documentation and loan process and programs. Ensure accuracy and highest quality assurance standards.

Responsibilities: Sales floor presentation, making changes on the sales floor by listening to consumers and utilizing numbers based stat reports, maintaining an organized back of house to easily fill the sales floor, developing associates through in the moment coaching, while maintaining store metrics in UPT, ADPT, and conversion, I also help with the hiring and training of new employees.
