Hired multiple team members to build an enterprise variant of the datamart implementation that was successful in a single businessline. This allowed for corporate KPIs across all clients, allowing for greater forecasting of data needs into the future. Built a spec document for onboarding new clients as part of the Master Service Agreement(MSA) to provide immediate reporting capabilities. Time from spec document being filled to being onboard capable was 6 hours.Recovered in-house developed legacy payroll system after a critical failure by using an 8 year old backup of the software and rewrote the transformation logic that had been lost. Successfully imported data-only backup with no data loss after recovery.Supported an enterprise wide version update from Avaya R13 to R18, reviewing, documenting, and refactoring undocumented legacy code, migration from primary to composite key data solutions.Replaced legacy in-house onboarding and provisioning system with a new system importing from a single source of truth to a data warehouse using a process execution engine that recognized differences across records (change data management) and making actions based on those changes for employee management across Active Directory, Avaya, and other supported systems as needed.Created and implemented a corporate Disaster Response/Recovery strategy.
