I assist insurer clients in resolving disputes over insurance coverage, vigorously defend their insureds in all aspects of litigation, including pre-litigation fact investigation, pre-trial negotiations, discovery, motion practice and trial, and represent a select group of plaintiffs with employment-related claims.The vast majority of my experience representing insurers in coverage disputes involves financial institution bonds, commercial crime policies, faithful performance bonds, payment and performance bonds, and probate and guardianship bonds.I also actively represent contractors and subcontractors in construction defect disputes, payment disputes, mechanic's and materialmen's lien situations, and commercial litigation matters involving breach of contract, subrogation, and indemnity claims.
