• FMC Super User/ Responsible for filling FMC (Federal Maritime Commission) for LCL and FCL shipments.• Checking for customer credit and securing payments for noncredit customers.• Responsible for filling AES for LCL and FCL shipments.• Responsible for sending updates to customers when shipments get delayed or advanced in a timely manner.• Responsible for billing LCL and FCL shipments.• Arranging pickups for LCL.• Printing invoices and providing credits when charges aren’t billed according to agreed rates.• Running Loss and Profit reports for the entire department to increase profitability and assuring that there are no revenue leaks.• Responsible for making sure all documents that provided by the shipper follow all compliance and regulations.• Manage documentation for over 200 bookings per month
