-Set the priority of the daily operations for the department. This includes overseeing three shifts (Days/Nights/Weekend).-Review the inspection results of the non-conforming product and communicate the findings to the department leads where the product was manufactured. This is to evaluate the cause of the defect, and develop the course of action to prevent future recurrences.-Helped develop an RCA investigation tool to define the true root cause to major non-conformances, thus allowing the Quality and Manufacturing teams to collaborate on sustainable corrective actions.-Worked with the QA team to develop a customer reporting method/template based on unique customer requirements. This process reduced the department load by approximately 10%, thus generating more uptime for on machine inspections further reducing the total hours for the department by 5-10%.
