Account Manager
Current• Responsible for retaining 2 million dollars in yearly revenue from diverse clientele through account management and customer service skills.• Main point of contact for all client communications for assigned accounts and deliver an effortless overall customer experience.• Perform monthly audits on the client’s product performance and make recommendations to clients and fulfillment on any and all adjustments deemed necessary to improve the overall return on investment.• Resolve all account issues originating from either in-bound customer inquiries or requests from internal work groups, including payment, collections, product performance, product education, or any other account concerns.• Provide clients and sales representatives with training and understanding of digital products across all media platforms.
