Important accomplishments and experiences gained include:• America’s employees averaging $1.7mm sales and $.310mm EBITDA per employee which far exceeds the global average and corporate goals.• Improving decision making and aligning Americas senior leadership strategically by leading efforts to develop the Americas Charter, 5 Year Strategic Plan and Rolling 12 month marketing plan and sales forecast.• Growing WD-40 brand in USA to record levels FY2016 by guiding/supporting marketing efforts including USA Smart Straw conversion in April, 2008.• Latin America having six consecutive years of record sales since FY2004.• Learning many lessons and applying them to current business regarding doing acquisition and innovation efforts that fall outside our corporate competencies, distribution strengths and/or ability to adequately provide consistent marketing support.• Led and helped create new employee and leadership bench building process. Also actively evolved employee review process past several years.
