Served as the Troop Executive Officer in a Stryker Cavalry Troop in 3d Cavalry Regiment; responsible for the supervision of the Command Supply Discipline Program; the overall request, receipt, storage, issue, and accountability of all classes of supply; responsible for the management, allocation, accountability and preservation of MTOE equipment and Installation property valued in excess of $35 million with 11 sub-hand receipt holders; responsible for the supervisory role within the Maintenance Program; oversees sensitive items inventories, ensuring 100% accountability of all equipment; responsible for supplying and equipping individual and collective training for over 165 Soldiers; responsible for managing Stryker New Equipment Fielding and Training; establishing Troop systems to enable the accurate tracking of all personnel readiness requirements and logistic readiness requirements. Rifle Platoon Leader for a Ground Cavalry Troop in a Cavalry Regiment. Responsible for training, planning, coordinating, and executing training for full spectrum operations. Responsible for the health, welfare, morale and discipline of 8 NCOs and 31 Soldiers. Responsible for 4 Stryker Infantry Carrying Vehicles and all associated equipment necessary to conduct operations valued in excess of $10 million.

Deployed to Iraq in support of Operation New Dawn with the mission of advising, training and assisting Iraqi Security forces and conducting force protection and area security patrolling. Responsible for training, planning, coordinating and executing full spectrum tactical operations in an extremely unpredictable environment. Responsible for the health, welfare, morale and discipline of 25 personnel. Responsible for the management and accountability of over $35 million dollars in organizational property and equipment.

Lead and supervised a team of dedicated medical professionals, providing medical support and care to the platoon and supporting units totaling more than 600 people. Oversaw medical readiness and ensured the proper maintenance and accountability of all medical equipment and supplies in a forward area. Coordinated medical training; ensured all personnel were certified and proficient in first response, emergency care, and trauma response techniques. Collaborated with other platoon leaders and command staff to enhance the overall health and operational effectiveness of the unit.
