As Rowan University Advising Center's communications specialist, I play a key role in website development and the design of promotional materials. Additionally, I use the writing ability I strengthened in Rowan's PR program to craft strategic messaging.At Rowan University, I earned a degree in public relations with minors in strategic communications and sociology. During my studies, I was very thorough with coursework and enjoyed improving my writing skills. I developed several marketing and campaign plans in the PR program and created an Adobe InDesign portfolio. I also conducted primary and secondary research to identify crisis response strategies and their levels of effectiveness, increasing my familiarity with research gathering and data interpretation.Beyond academics, I served as the productions editor for The Whit, Rowan University's newspaper, and the event coordinator for Rowan Roundnet, a university sports club.
