Spent most of childhood years in and around the south shore of Montreal, moving to Western Canada in high school. Graduated from High School in Red Deer, Alberta. Attained Certified General Accountant designation in 1981.Happily married for 43 years to my wife Janet who grew up on a family farm near North Battleford. Two daughters: Colette, a photographer and her husband Mark and two of our grandchildren currently reside in Victoria British Columbia; our other daughter Shannon, a well known local artist, and our other three grandchildren reside in Saskatoon. Most of spare time spent with grandchildren. We live on a lake just outside of St. Brieux that is the second best walleye lake in the province of Saskatchewan.
