Person in charge of the Engineering spaces managing the operations and maintenance of up to 6 watch standers. Duties included maintaining safety of the primary and secondary plant during all ranges of power operation, reviewing watch-stander logs to identify trends and abnormal indications, and perform on watch training using walk-throughs and verbal quizzes.

Experienced in operating a nuclear reactor during both critical and shutdown operations to include high power critical operations, low pressure/temp extended shutdowns, and solid plant operation both critical and shutdown. Performed multiple reactor startups and shutdowns while monitoring plant parameters to ensure reactor safety. Over 5,500 hours logged as the operator in charge of a critical reactor plant during highly dynamic operations including six Operational Reactor Safeguard Exams.
