I have worked on a 108,000 square foot ($20M+) office building for the Veteran's Administration in Salt Lake City, a military family housing privatization project at Hill Air Force Base with 1084 units ($100M+), a 55,000 square foot charter school in West Valley City ($5M+), as well as the 4,500 square foot Corner Bakery in Salt Lake City on the VA campus. I have previously acted as a property manager for the privatized housing multifamily project at Hill Air Force Base.More recently I have completed a private school in Sacramento, CA (25,000 SF), a charter school in Washington, UT (35,000 SF), and I'm in the process of completing the development on another 46,000 SF charter school in Vernal, UT.
