I managed the entire photo replenishment processes where I transitioned all vendors to the new GRS system. I was responsible for managing a declining business by maximizing sales and reducing inventory by more than 20% over the previous year. I collaborated with suppliers to demand plan a highly allocated category in order to maintain a healthy in stock in over 3500 stores.

I managed the supply chain and inventory for a $5Billion business in over 3700 Walmart stores across the United States. This ranges from maintaining instock of Walmart's most productive space in Prepaid Wireless, to the recent launch of the IPhone 5 and accessories. I was successfully able to grow sales while lowering inventory by working closely with the Supplier community. Together we evaluated supply chain and logistics factors such as pack sizes and shipping methods, which includes importing product directly from China. I was responsible for cutting more than $65Million in inventory cost, while growing sales by more than 20% over last year.
