- Managing the relationship between the Premium clients and ETX with regards to their accounts queries and trading.- Executing High Net worth and premium client’s trades provide prices and take orders via telephone, amending trades and orders on premium client accounts. - Calculating and relaying to clients (margin requirements, notional values, trade sizes, financing costs etc.)- Updating premium clients with current market news and data as well as political events whilst explaining how these impact specific markets.- Keeping clients up-to-date with the positions they are running and the overview of their account.- Assisting Premium clients with the use of the platform and other tools used to trade also educating clients on products and frequently used terminology. - Retention of clients and maintaining positive relationships- Networking with clients.- Providing in-depth market reports and carrying out detailed data analysis and valuation- Actively follow financial markets. Pro-actively discuss financial markets and factors that move them in a clear and concise manner with the larger clients helping there trading experience.- Working closely with the risk team to ensure accuracy of execution and best practice for the larger accounts and trades.- Identification of clients wants and needs tailoring a service for the individual.- Using our in house platforms as well as Metatrader packages.- Training of new staff within a few roles at ETX with emphasis in sales, product and trading knowledge.
