Prior to this, Mr. Gonzales held positions as AbbVie’s Government Reimbursement Policy Executive, Field Trade and Employer Relations, Manager of Hospital Sales and home office Marketing Director. During his tenure, Mr. Gonzales developed sales and launch strategy, go-to-market plans and directed plan implementation to maximize revenue and profitability with leading health insurers including HMOs, PBMs and specialty pharmacy providers.Mr. Gonzales received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at El Paso and earned a MBA from the University of St. Thomas, MN. He has also completed executive training programs at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and the Harvard School of Public Health. In addition, he is an adjunct Professor in the MBA program at St. Mary’s University in Minnesota.
