Manage the Global Contingent Workforce Program Office (CWPO) responsible for non-employee security governance and risk mitigation, business labor strategy alignment, and process/systems efficiency and compliance. Lead cross-functional efforts with internal stakeholders to improve Vendor Management System (VMS) functionality, usability, integrations, and data integrity.My team of 10 oversees 23,000+ active workers generating more than over $1B in annual spend.*Lead execution of program strategy, ensuring alignment with key business objectives, inclusive of policy, processes, budgeting, forecasting, supplier management, sourcing, and escalations *Responsible for the management of program staff, day-to-day operations, risk management for various facility and system access entry points, and strategic roadmap initiatives *Managed the program office support team, providing procure-to-pay process support and contract compliance with internal business partners and third-party suppliers. *Responsible for ensuring compliance and defining corporate contingent workforce policy, overall enterprise governance, and managing the contingent workforce for The Home Depot.
