Hearst Corporation is a mass media and business information conglomerate headquartered in New York City. In this hybrid role, I served as VP of Consumer Sales and Services for the Houston Chronicle Media Group as well as the VP of Consumer Revenue across the entire Hearst brand within my region. When I came in to this role, the consumer marketing department was overspending and underselling. During my leadership, my team increased digital revenue by 85% over 3 years by acquiring new digital subscribers with a variety of tactics, including search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing campaigns, Google AdWords, and lifecycle marketing.
