As a Claims Professional since 1988, I have been responsible for the investigation of thousands of claims involving physical damage, property damage, bodily injury and wrongful death. I have conducted investigations throughout the United States, led catastrophe response teams and provided testimony.Michael holds Federal Aviation Administration certificates as a Commercial Instrument rated Pilot and Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic. He also holds a Class A Commercial Driver License with endorsements for Double/Triple Trailers, Tank Vehicles and Hazardous Materials. He is a licensed Private Investigator, Private Process Server and multistate Insurance Adjuster. He holds the Associate In Claims (AIC) designation from the Insurance Institute of America, the Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (COSS) designation from the Safety Council LCA, the Air Safety Investigator (ASI) designation from the International Society of Air Safety Investigators and the Certified Marine Investigator (CMI) designation from the International Association of Marine Investigators.
