7 years in the oilfield experiance as a lead inspector, currently a 4 year apprentice electrician. Ive always ended up being a lead man on any job I've worked. Im very humble but, know what needs to get done and how to do it. I can do just about anything with my hands, or with a book.... Most of us arent currently performing at our level of potential we're performing at our level of preparation... dont expect your preparation to look like your promise. Because the place where God prepares you seems the most pointless to you. It doenst make sense. But God is preparing you to trust your teacher and he does this  by putting us in a class that doesnt look like our calling
