Current-Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of user challenges.-Monitor and respond to security alerts, assisting with incident response to mitigate potential threats and ensure a secure IT environment.-Implement and deploy software updates, patches, and configurations to maintain system integrity and security across operating systems and applications.-Manage and audit user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory and Azure Entra ID, ensuring compliance with access control standards.-Support identity and access management processes, including provisioning and deprovisioning of users, and conducting regular access reviews to enforce security policies.-Collaborate with teams to optimize system performance and scalability while addressing infrastructure vulnerabilities using tools like Microsoft Defender and Sentinel.-Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and troubleshooting guides for system configurations and operations.-Educate end-users on IT policies and procedures, promoting adoption of best practices and reducing the volume of recurring support requests.
