Position Duties:•Support concurrent projects and risk management initiatives through active SME participation as it relates to receivable systems, payment processing activities (electronic funds transfer) and vendor management. • Collaborate with internal depts. and suppliers to ensure clarity with business processes, system needs, constraints, issues and opportunities associated with supporting applications.• Develop and execute user acceptance test plans and test scripts, including regression testing and post-launch validation• Prepare communications to support launches∙ Application Advisories∙ Operating Procedures∙ Job Aids∙ Desk Procedures∙ L & D Training modifications• Perform post-launch validation and bubble support• Actively work with COEs and Business Center personnel to identify opportunities and refine process improvement initiatives•Manage assigned vendor relationships, reviews, processes and budgets• Provide performance feedback & metrics; take lead role in addressing vendor service level issues• Identify and implement improvements relative to vendor processes, services and costs• Work with Ford Credit Treasury, IT Application partners, and assigned vendor(s) to launch new or improved payment methods and processes• Perform Modular Control Review Program (MCRP), Annual Supplier Assessment and Annual Procedure Review
