Supports the Network Integration Evaluation events which evaluates new commercial and tactical communications equipment for inception into the entire US Army forces, and will shape the US Army for the next 15+ years.

Led the Tech Support and Info System Support sections for the NATO Air Command. Assisted a 3-Star US Air Force General, Rear Admiral US Navy, 2-star Generals from Turkey, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, and France, to include their staff consisting of over 800 personnel.

Fort Gordon, Ga

Responsible for the Info Assurance and Network Security of the entire US Southern Command, to include all US forces in Central and South America, the Southeastern United States, and the Caribbean. Also ensure the controlled access, fire response, and personnel security of the Regional Computer Emergency Response Team (RCERT-South) and the Theater Network Operations Security Center employees. Provided desktop support for over 50 personnel assigned to unit.

Fort Drum, New York

Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and sustainment of all signal systems assigned to the brigade's rear assets. Included support for email, telephone, printer, fax, and all other computer peripherals within the unit. Assisted over 500 users and 270+ systems with troubleshooting and maintenance support.
