After many years of being an employee, in 2010 CCC Financial Solutions (Qld) was established to purchase delinquent debt. In my time in the industry I have been involved in purchasing over $1b in debt.

I returned to my initial position. and built up the debt purchasing side of the business.

As the initial debt recovery employee at this organisation, I established the debt recovery systems and processes and built it to a team of 20 employees. I then progressed to General Manager of the entire group which incorporated multiple businesses including process serving and investigations, skip-tracing and repossessions and collections and debt purchasing. The group had a team of over 60. In my final year with the group, I went to Sydney to restructure the NSW office to ensure it was profitable
