As Head of Operations for the Downtown Line MRT, I was responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a 34 station MRT line operating a fleet of 92 trains ensuring all passenger needs, and providing leadership to over 1000 staff across Service Control, Trains, Stations, and Operational Standards. As Head of Operations for the North-East Line MRT and Sengkang-Punggol LRT, I was responsible for the safe and efficient operation of 3 rail systems ensuring all passenger needs, and providing leadership to 400 staff across Service Control, Trains, Stations, and Operational Standards. I guarantee that all regulatory and statutory requirements are adhered to and operational performance standards exceeded.

I led the Jubilee line's day-to-day operations and managed all staff through a team of 20 direct reports. Organised all engineering works to minimise disruption to service and staff and contractors' resourcing to complete projects on time. Liaised with business partners, project teams and government agencies and represented the line on Employment and Health and Safety matters.I completed projects that enabled an increase in passenger capacity, improvements to signalling systems, and reduced journey times.Specialised in managing employment tribunal cases and staff discrimination cases on behalf of the Jubilee Line, and seeking satisfactory outcomes for all parties and avoiding unnecessary expense.
