System developed using the following technologies: HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, Visual Basic, VBScript, MTS, ASP, IIS, ADO, SQL Server, Crystal Reports, Visual SourceSafe, and Visual InterDev.• Serving as technical lead and developer of a group responsible for the development of an internal project management system called the Management Information and Data Analysis System (MIDAS). Responsibilities include creating software development standards and procedures, establishing development direction and goals, creation of schedules and status reports, monitoring progress of development against schedules, interfacing with upper management, providing technical advice and direction to the development staff, support and mentoring to junior-level team members, and performing application design and development.
