The Director is responsible for Customer Relations with Ahold Management, Service Providers servicing Ahold, and Business Services which will allow the organization to manage the critical services in a timely and profitable manner for Ahold. The Director works closely with the FM Operations Manager and the FSR’s assigned to the account, making sure that services are provided timely and the flow of information is accurate and appropriate. The Director is responsible to work with the Sourcing area of FM to service the account with vendors in a manner that achieves the client’s needs for services, while achieving the FM financial needs from the account. The Director works with the AP and AR depts. to keep the financial components of the account timely and on budget. The Director works closely with the Ahold management team during critical and emergency situations
