As a Senior Sales Coordinator, my main responsibilities include assisting in the seamless execution of all direct-to-consumer activities, such as new product launches and promotions. I work closely with a range of departments including Marketing, Trade, Supply Chain, B2B, Retail, Customer Service, IT, and TQM to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.One of my key responsibilities is to identify areas for advancement and to develop and implement actions to drive continuous improvement. This involves conducting post-launch and promotional analyses, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to improve internal processes and elevate the customer journey.I also play a central role in testing and validating projects and launches, working closely with the Project Sponsors, IT, and customer-facing teams to ensure a successful testing strategy. As the key point of contact, I inform stakeholders of progress, watchpoints, and returns of experience, and occasionally take on leadership roles on international projects.In addition to these duties, I work to ensure a seamless customer experience by acting as a customer lens and monitoring the website for any issues. I also work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to implement changes to improve the customer experience and I am responsible for monitoring the performance and impact of projects using KPIs, data collection, and analyses. My goal is to deliver the highest level of service and customer impact through effective project management and continuous improvement efforts.
